Cancellation

  1. Login to your client section
  2. Click on the Services Panel
  3. Click on the service that you want to cancel
  4. Click on Request Cancellation under the Actions tab on the left hand side of the screen
  5. Select whether you want the cancellation to be immediate or at the end of the billing period
  6. Put your reason for cancellation
  7. Click on the Request Cancellation

P.S Please let us know if you cancel a service by mistake as soon as possible, to prevent your service being terminated.
