Re-installing the Server Operating System

To perform an OS reinstall, please follow the below steps.

  1. Login to your customer portal
  2. Click on Services and go to the specific server you want to re-install.

  3. Click Active

  4. The server first needs to be stopped, go ahead and click stop

  5. Click Rebuild

  6. Select the OS of your choice then click rebuild

  7. Once selected OS click Rebuild Server

  8. Wait for the process to complete
