This article will explain how to change the storage that your tenant uses. It is unfortunately not possible to change the storage used unless the quota usage for the current storage is 0. This means that you have to delete all current backups before you change the storage. Please see the steps below
- Access the tenant and navigate to Backup Storage, select the available backups and select Delete
- Wait 24 hours so that the quota can reset and show zero usage
- You can then assign the new storage to your tenant from your reseller portal
